Laluka Farm Orders — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Laluka Farm Orders app collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide when registering: your name, email address, and the business/lodge you order for.
• Orders you place: the products, quantities, collection date and any notes.

How we use it

• To create and approve your account and show you your applicable pricing.
• To receive, process and fulfil your orders, and to contact you about them (including an order confirmation email).

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is used only by the Laluka Farm team to manage your account and fulfil your orders. Order confirmation emails are sent on our behalf through our email provider.

Storage & security

Your information is stored on our own server and transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Retention & your rights

We keep your details while your account is active. You can access or correct your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Laluka Farm account and all of its data at any time. To request deletion:

1. Email simon@lalukasafarilodge.com from the email address on your account (or message us in the app), with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We confirm the request and delete your account.

When your account is deleted we permanently remove your name, email address and order history from our systems within 30 days. We keep a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example basic records of completed transactions for tax purposes); everything else is erased.
